Being grateful.

 

_SBB7170.jpgOne of the tasks that has been set for me as part of my healing process is to write down five things that I am grateful for. Every day. Five things that I am grateful for. They don’t have to be big things. They don’t have to be deep and meaningful things. They just have to be things that I am grateful for.

When you have to write it down, it forces you (If forces is the right word. Maybe compels is better) to take note of your world, your surroundings and your life.
